Homemade foie gras, fresh scallops with chanterelles, lobster stew with baby vegetables, boneless quail stuffed with porcini mushrooms in foie gras sauce, scallop efféuillé with Granny Smith apples, gingerbread glazed with Grand Marnier, strawberry and rhubarb compote, pineapple soup with star anise, Roman tarte tatin, kiwi soup with white chocolate mousse are just some of the treats on offer (dishes vary depending on the season and the availability of ingredients).
